I am available for genealogical research for attorneys, estate administrators, banks, and title companies who need to locate surviving family members to settle estates and clear title to real estate.  Once the research has been completed I can prepare a final report suitable for presentation in court.  The final report includes full documentation proving the relationship of each family member to the decedent as well as documentation showing the completeness of the family tree.  If a line cannot be completed because family members cannot be found, an affidavit of due diligence can be prepared to show that a reasonable search has been performed.  I work regularly with genealogists in other states and in some countries outside the United States so I can easily coordinate the parts of your project which leave New Jersey.
